**Job purpose**:
Serve as custodian of new student admissions records; providing the necessary support services to International Admissions Offices (IAO) and Education Consultants; which facilitate in generating of Letter of Acceptance, Standard Student Contract, Application of Student Pass, coverage of Fees Protection Scheme (FPS), Medical Insurance, and a variety of other services related to student admissions.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:

- Leads and manages a team of Admissions staff
- Organize and administer the accuracy of the admissions records in the Intake Reports, including transcripts and certificates verification
- Oversees the Admissions staff in administrating of Fees Protection Scheme (FPS) and Medical Insurance coverage
- Prepares and submit fortnightly FPS reports to CPE
- Manages and oversees new students enrollment, deferment and withdrawal.
- Oversees the preparation of Orientation Kits for new students
- Prepares of English Proficiency Test for students who do not meet the minimum English entry requirement
- Ensures efficiency of the department

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Have sense of urgency in meeting deadline
- Possess good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Dynamic with pleasant disposition
