**What we Seek**:

- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor insights on driver incentive programmes and campaigns
- Coordinate campaigns with HQ on incentive campaigns on a weekly basis
- In-charge of planning, developing, and executing driver incentive campaigns
- Review and analyse all campaigns effectiveness and present in a timely manner to internal stakeholders, identifying growth gap and opportunities in them
- Conduct fraud checks and investigations on fraudulent orders and transactions
- Enforce necessary disciplinary actions on delivery personnel who has breached the code of conduct
- Execute regular market survey to gain insights on the public and drivers’ sentiments
- Coordinate and work closely with cross-functional teams on potential partnerships to boost drivers benefits
- Support the social communication channels in developing content for driver retention and build brand loyalty

**What you'll Need**:

- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Adept in utilizing Excel/Spreadsheet as trackers to ensure data and information are securely updated, shared, and kept
- Demonstrate logical thinking and judgement when making decision on drivers who committed disciplinary lapses
- Ensure disputes and complaints are resolved in accordance with platform's policy
- Ability to work efficiently with mínimal supervision in a changing environment, multitask, and is a self-starter
- Energetic, driven, passionate, proactive, and attentive to details
- Preferably 2+ years of work experience in similar role or department
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing business needs
