**Core Responsibilities**:
(1) **Team Administrative and Operations support**
- Provide ad-hoc support to Director’s scope
- Assistance to meetings and minutes
- Office arrangements and documentations
- Scheduling of Director’s appointments
- Assist in organising company events and activities
(2) **HR Supports**
- Liaising interview process and follow up on onboarding progress
- Conduct interviews screening process
- Involve in recruitments activities
**Required Competencies**:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g., excel, word, PowerPoint)
- Strong in Verbal communications
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Efficient to strike good time management
- When needed, to multi task and handle different tasks concurrently
- Meeting deadlines and even over-perform impressively
- Minimum Diploma in business or equivalent preferred
**Company note**:
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
