**Summary of Position**
The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
**Responsibilities**
1)Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness and inform clients of unforeseen delays and problems and respond to feedback from customers and give after-sales support when requested (35%)
2) Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information and ensure the adequacy of sales - related equipment and material; Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports (25%)
3)Identify new potential customers leads through incoming calls via referral from suppliers, enquiries through website and any possible channel.(20%)
4)Attend to the run-rate sales by providing the full sales cycle services encompassing all the activities associated with closing sales (20%)
**Requirements**:
Essential:
- Diploma in any discipline or its equivalent
- 2 - 5 working years minimum with sales/ inside sales related background
- Strong interpersonal, customer management and communication skills
- A good team player with the ability to multi-task
- Outspoken and people-orientated
- Driven, self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferred:
- Experience / knowledge in enterprise cabling sales, telco and enterprise industry will be an added advantage
