Roles & Responsibilities

The sales support role is to co-ordinate all the work within the team. Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist sales team with administrative tasks, coordination, office-based duties and finance
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information;
- Order-taking, processing Sales order & invoicing in Navision;
- Responsible for A/R (Accounts Receivable) collections and follow-up with customers;
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Liasing with the warehouse on the packing & shipment
- Handling of RMA goods, providing replacement & issuance of credit notes

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Previous experience in sales support or customer service preferred
