**Responsibilities**:
**THE ROLE**:
He/she will be part of the Singapore Onsite IT Supports teams for any IT related activities. The role included supporting walk-in customers (Geekstreet), day to day IT operations supports. E.g. PC Imaging, installation of software, hardware, troubleshooting all issues and ensuring security procedures are followed and enforced. Also included any ad-hoc IT related activities as and when requires.
**THE PERSON**:
Fast leaner and with good personality
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Supporting walk-in customers (Geekstreet), day to day IT operations supports. E.g. PC Imaging, installation of software, hardware, troubleshooting all issues and ensuring security procedures are followed and enforced. Also included any ad-hoc IT related activities as and when requires.
**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:
- Some knowledge in scripting skills with knowledge of programming languages, such as Python an added advantage
- Good knowledge of IT Operations supports.
**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS**:
Degree or Diploma in computer science, information systems, or a similar field.
