**Responsibilities**:
Project Title

Product Characterization and Test Optimization of System-on-Chip Client Products

Description of Project / Objectives

Project Overview:
Main project scopes, stating tasks/roles expected of the Intern / Deliverables:
Create and execute plan for product characterization and production test optimization

Develop tools for automated reporting of engineering and production results

Perform test program checkout and correlation

Perform data analysis and present data to the product team

What the Coop can expect to learn from this project / other remarks:
Learn about System-on-Chip product architecture, test program development process using industry-standard Agile development methodologies, and new product development processes.

Skills Required / Technical Skills
