**Responsibilities**:
Project Title
Data Analytics and Visualization of Transistor Electrical Characteristic for 5/3nm Advanced Microprocessors
Description of Project / Objectives
Project Overview: Develop python script to extract and visualized important transistor electrical data parameters.
Description of Main Project Scopes:
In failure analysis, nano-probing is widely used for collecting transistor electrical characteristics which is essential in sieving out any defective transistor in a sea of transistor. Due to the vast number of data features and raw transistor data, it is not feasible to manually process raw transistor electrical data. Hence there is a need to create a script that is capable in processing large amount of raw transistor electrical data efficiently and presenting the processed data in a meaningful manner through data visualization. Through the processing of these transistor data, one should be able to pinpoint the faulty transistor through the extracted data and diagrams.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Understand key transistor electrical characteristics parameters and basic device physics.
2. Understand raw nano-probing data.
3. Extract key transistor parameters.
4. Develop automation script to extract, convert and compilation of electrical data.
5. Data visualization and analysis of processed data
6. Basic GUI development
What the Coop can expect to learn from this project:
The student will have the opportunity to learn advanced device physics, data analysis, data visualization and basic GUI development skills.
Skills Required / Technical Skills

Python coding skills.
Knowledge on VBA programing for excel.
Other Requirements / Soft Skills
The student needs to be pro-active to drive the project independently. A self-driven individual with a willingness to learn, resourceful and passionate about technology.
