**Job Description Summary**
Assist Admin team in billing Lift Maintenance (LM), Intercompany, Ad-hoc Billings
- Assist in communicating with Internal/external parties regards to billings
- Assist in audits by collating and retrieving required documents.
- Assist in RJ/CRJ IEMS for Town Councils pertaining to lift invoicing and documents.
- Attend in-house safety training where necessary. Introduction and training for lift &
escalator maintenance to allow intern to learn and understand how the lift and escalator are
being maintained.
- To learn and understand preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
- To learn and understand lift and escalator system functionality.
- Ensure no Safety Violations.
- Ensure full compliance to maintenance when at site as per requirement.
- Assist in Printing invoices and send out to respective client.
- Assist in filing the documents and other administrative matters.
- Able to work beyond working hours when necessary (max to 12 hours/day)
- Co-ordinate and liaise with peers/superior while performing any activities in site office/

client premises.
- Honest in reporting with good attitude.
- Perform tasks and duties assigned by superiors.
