Full time - Permanent role - Based in Singapore _
As **Head of APAC Sales**, you will report to our Global VP Revenue and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Marketing teams to identify opportunities, promote the value of working with Kiln.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate strategy and analysis to identify partnership opportunities and increase Kiln’s presence in APAC
- Developing our sales processes and go-to-market strategies
- Finding potential customers and closing sales
- Participating in the definition of our products
- Build an extensive Web3 and Institutional network and maintain meaningful relationships with existing and prospective partners
**Requirements**:
- 10+ years of total experience within technology & finance environments, as Sales Manager.
- Experience establishing and maintaining healthy and productive relationships with C-levels
- Experience in a in blockchain or cryptocurrency company
- Proven track record working around staked assets in a B2B environment
- Strong ability to identify opportunities for Kiln to grow with potential customers
- English native speaker
**Nice-to-haves**:
- Native speaker in Mandarin
- Fast growing startup experience
- Experience in digital asset financial services (custody, prime services, asset management)
