This position reports to Assistant Finance Manager. The Accounts Assistant helps to assist the Manager to handle payable and receivables functions, and keeping records of accounts transactions, audit functions and generating of monthly report and reconciliation of bank statements.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Utilize accounting software to perform the full set of accounts for assigned entities

2) Generate bills and invoices specific to customer accounts

3) Downloading of statement or invoices from the third party vendor website

4) Process all payments using various pay services

5) Generate monthly and quarterly finance reports

6) Audit sales transactions a你的bank reconciliation

7) Receivables & Reconciliation of payment received from third party vendors

8)Update accounting records with new payments, balances and customer information management

9) Accurate data entry into the accounting system to ensure error-free data account posting for all transactions

10) Assist in asset and depreciation recording, accounts budgeting

12) Assist in other ad hoc administrative duties

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma/Degree in Accounting
- 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Good Time Management and Communication Skills.
- Familiarity with accounting software is an added advantage.
- IT proficiency and internet savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office skills including words, intermediate excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good organizational skills, meticulous with an eye for details and accuracy
- Efficiency in accounting software, preferably in MYOB

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
