*Position Overview:*

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accounts & Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about accounting and administration and is eager to grow their career in a supportive and vibrant workplace.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations, including processing quotations, invoices, monthly statement of accounting, petty cash and expense claims.
- Provide administrative support, including registration, incoming calls and delivery, scheduling meetings, company activities and handling correspondence.
- Assist with HR annual leave and Medical Leave records.
- Help prepare financial reports and documents for internal and external use.
- Support the team in ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.

*Qualifications:*
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,700.00 per month

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
