Customer Program Delivery Manager

**About the role**
Due to our growing international business, we are looking to hire a talented Customer Program Delivery Manager (CPDM) with a proven track record and strong skills in Android TV/OTT Set Top Box and Smart TV eco-systems.
- Key responsibilities include:_
- To work closely with our customers and ensure the local customer facing interactions with the key stakeholders on a daily basis
- To coordinate the respective implementation plan of our customer with various internal and external stakeholders including third party vendors, Solution Architects, R&D Software development team, Product Management, Pay TV operators, internal Advertising Operations & Sales teams and ensure business requirements are correctly captured and executed as per budget
- To prepare the project plans (Master Gantt) and ensure they are executed and delivered in a timely and accurate manner
- To prepare the statement of works documents to be included in the Master Supply agreement and / or Professional Services agreement with our customers and third-party vendors when needed
- To prepare and deliver external and internal weekly reporting and update of the implementation plan
- To ensure proper documentation and training is conducted upon completion of project
- To ensure internal daily tracking of all related tasks in our Project/Product platform workplaces from a E2E perspective for our four primary workstreams - Manufacturer engagement, Software Releases, Operator Onboarding and Monetization processes

**About You**:

- 5 + years of experience in program / project service and in a Go To Market delivery focused environment
- Working experience with Set-Top-Box, Smart TV vendors, Digital Advertising companies, Pay TV operators or Telcos, Big Tech companies
- Ability to proactively manage priorities and accurately forecast resource needs
- Ability to anticipate, identify and mitigate both risks and challenges
- Ability to achieve timely project delivery, cost and quality mandates
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the pay-tv operator organization, third party vendors, and with stakeholders
- Ability to handle in parallel a hybrid approach combining Agile method (Sprint management) for internal development purpose driven by the Portfolio management and a traditional Waterfall method (Master Gantt) for committed external milestones and deliverable to our customers
- Skilled in handling challenging customer / vendor situations, able to resolve conflict with diplomacy, able to seek buy-in and pursue win-win for all parties
- Strongly committed to customer satisfaction, quality, attention to detail and problem ownership
- Ability to identify gaps and present viable solutions
- Excellent communication and engagement skills in English, a second language would be ideal (Chinese, French or Spanish)
- Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince2), Lean Six Sigma, Leading SAFe, Scaled Agile Framework would be highly advantageous
- Understanding the OSS (Operating Support Systems) and BSS (Business Support Systems) methods used by the Telecom industry would be valuable to our unique E2E vision of digital advertising applied to the CTV domain
- Knowledge of MS Project (Waterfall), JIRA and / or Zenhub / GitHub (Agile) would be highly advantageous
- Previous experience in start-ups would be beneficial

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
