Job Title: Program Delivery Manager

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Delivery Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To oversee the entire project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure.
  • To develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • To ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
  • To identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • To collaborate with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in program management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
