Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to support the delivery of high-quality programs and maintain robust internal operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in coordinating regional and international program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of programs, ensuring all milestones and timelines are met.
  • Plan and manage logistical arrangements, including travel, venue bookings, catering, and equipment setup.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to confirm attendance, share pre-engagement details, and address queries.
  • Prepare and collate key program materials, such as presentation decks and evaluation forms.
  • Track procurement and contract statuses, following up with stakeholders to ensure timely processing.
Requirements:
  • Strong project coordination and execution skills, with ability to plan, execute, and track multiple concurrent tasks and timelines.
  • Excellent logistics and operational planning skills, with ability to handle end-to-end logistics for local and overseas programs.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder liaison skills, with ability to align expectations and resolve issues.
  • Familiarity with procurement protocols and contract administration.
