Program Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Delivery Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to leverage their program management expertise in driving the delivery of business projects and programs.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and produce high-quality documentation to support project and program deliverables.
  • Perform comprehensive testing to ensure successful system integration and user acceptance.
  • Develop effective communication strategies and training materials to facilitate operational readiness activities.
  • Oversee and track assigned projects, plans, and deliverables to meet required standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder communication, ensuring timely updates on status, issues, resolutions, and risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert (SME) to provide strategic guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to clarify requirements, develop strategic plans, and create business cases supported by cost-benefit analyses and tangible benefits.
  • Implement best practices and standardize processes to drive efficiency and consistency across programs.
  • Support stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle, including testing and operational readiness planning.
  • Drive adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards as defined by Citi PM standards.

Requirements:

10 years of experience with a degree qualification.

Competencies:

  • Experience in delivering transformation programs in a fast-paced environment, ideally in operations, risk, or technology organizations.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to track and maintain milestones independently.
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical and business issues and solutions effectively.
  • Independence of judgment/autonomy and ability to operate with limited direct supervision.
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and leadership skills to drive working groups with senior stakeholders.
