- In this pivotal role, you will oversee the implementation of key functional modules, driving program benefits through a comprehensive understanding of all components.
- Manage multiple stakeholders across various clusters and agencies to ensure seamless execution from initiation to completion.
With a strong foundation in project management and strategic thinking, you will determine project goals that align with business objectives and strategies.
Develop project plans that include requirements, scope, deliverables, budget, and schedules. Define project tasks and resource requirements to optimize utilization of resources.
Monitor risks affecting the delivery of project outcomes and track project deliverables to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
Implement process improvements to reduce development time and integrate complex business factors into long-term strategic planning objectives.
Present reports and project updates to stakeholders on a regular basis.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science (or equivalent)
Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in managing SAP projects
Key Skills: In-depth business process knowledge, strong communication skills, stakeholder management, ability to manage uncertainty and complexity, negotiation competence, and resiliency
Work Environment: Mid-Senior level, Full-time, Project Management and Information Technology, IT Services and Consulting
