Our client handles International Sea and Air freight total logistics services. The role of a Sales Manager (Freight Forwarding) is to acquire new customers and increase revenue from existing accounts
You will be reporting to the Managing Director.
【What will you be working on】
‐ New business development (60%) and current account sales management (40%)
‐ Building relationships with customers to drive profitable sales
‐ Meeting volume and revenue targets in Freight Forwarder sales channels
‐ Coordinating cross-trade business related to Singapore
‐ Supporting network/agent business by arranging shipments and providing information as needed
‐ Delivering optimal logístical solutions to customers
‐ Monitoring and achieving customer KPIs
‐ Preparing and issuing quotes, tenders, and SOPs
‐ Meeting and exceeding set sales targets
‐ Working closely with Customer Service and Operations to execute customer quotations
‐ Preparing weekly sales progress reports for management
‐ Keeping Managing Director informed on market information
- ** Requirement**: 【What they're looking for】
‐ Minimum 2 years of related sales experience in 3rd Party Logistics & Distribution/ Freight Forwarding/ Warehousing.
‐ At least Diploma in Business, Marketing, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
‐ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for sales presentations.
‐ Able to start immediately or within short notice.
