We are seeking an experienced Regional Site Merchandiser to join our Site Merchandising team to transform ASIA e-commerce business. As a Regional Site Merchandiser in ASIA Region (ANZ, JP, APAC), you will work to deliver the best-in-class digital experiences that showcase Microsoft technology and drive sales across all Microsoft storefronts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partners with Business Groups, Product Marketing, and Business Planning teams to identify product, go-to-market (GTM), launch activities, customer segmentation, and/or promotional strategies that drive revenue growth via customer engagement and monetization for products across business areas. Defines priorities for content with internal and external stakeholders and defines the internal assets required execute on priorities. Contributes to the definition of planning and execution frameworks that span multiple seasons.
- Shares insights drawn from analyses of core business key performance indicators (KPIs), as well as customer metrics (e.g., monthly active users, traffic, click-through rates) to influence stakeholders and optimize the development and implementation of editorial content, promotions, content strategies, store features, and other decisions to improve the customer funnel. May perform additional ad hoc analyses using Excel, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, or other data analysis tools.
- Applies knowledge of customer segments and competitors' store offerings to identify potential value proposition enhancements, as well as execution plans such as merchandising strategies, promotions, and seasonal offerings for products or services that will attract customers to Microsoft stores.
- Leads Regional projects: new tools implementation, cross-country updates, new product launches
- Leads AEM migration Project across ASIA markets. Coordinating work with multiple teams: business planning, engineering, store studio in order to get a clear roadmap for the features that can improve customer experiences across Microsoft Store.
- Coordinates Surface Digital store updates with the ASIA Digital Stores team, other members of the Site Merchandising team and other key stakeholders including global Category Managers and Site Operation teams.
- Plans for how Surface promotions are executed on the storefront - including deal configuration options, online marketing placements and messaging.
- Manages and prioritizes multiple projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years' experience in e-commerce (Site Merchandising experience strongly preferred)
- 2+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager
- 5+ years' experience with Adobe Analytics
- Ability to work and coordinate with many functional experts across large multi-national corporations, local subsidiaries, and other regional and corporate stakeholders.
- Be Customer Obsessed with a deep focus on the customer experience when balancing short and long-term decisions.
- Be Collaborative, maintaining broad perspective & removing barriers by working with others around a shared objective.

- In-depth understanding of e-commerce landscape across ASIA: Australia, Japan, India, Korea, South-east Asia as well as the latest e-commerce trends.
- Fluent in English (additional ASIA language - is a plus)
