**Job Description**:

- Responsible for setting initial allocation and replenishment strategy for your market/region together with the Regional Merchandising Team
- Maximize the selling potential through optimizing the stock, driving and following up on the allocation and replenishment strategy
- Provide the Merchandising Team in your region with analysis on stock, income, buying levels, and selling
- Partner with the Head of Merchandising to propose actions and keep balanced stock situation and stock freshness
- Communicate and follow up with the logistics departments across the region to make sure that their activity supports the selling as well as stock goals in the country
- Responsible for forecasting pick and capacity requirements at DC
- Be a key stakeholder to all DCs around the APAC region in order to optimize the flow of stock from DC to go live in store and OL
- Coach the Market Merchandisers across the region regarding stock ownership/strategy
- Drive promotion and SALE planning together with the Regional Merchandising team in order to optimize stock freshness
- Initiate stock moves across channels and markets to secure optimal stock balance

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in Merchandising
- You work in a structured and organized way
- Excellent data analysis skills and the ability to decide sales-driven actions based on the results
- Advanced level in Microsoft Excel and comfortable in developing Excel templates
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence, provide feedback, challenge and speak confidently in front of an audience
- A great team player with the ability to build excellent working relationships across the organization
