**_Task and Responsibilities _**
- Following global creative direction and Regional Visual merchandising Manager directive to execute and align with Marketing GTM calendar & merchandising product strategy for each product/campaign launch/events.
- Maintain brand consistency cross into store presentation based on Asia VM directive, thought in-store assets into all types of store design, training and sharing of best practice relevant to the countries handled for achieving excellence execution in stores.
- Plan and guide new/relocate/reno stores for VM setup, includes zoning plans, planograms and graphic assets by following Asia VM directive and global creative direction.
- Analysing and using store space wisely in current stores during virtual visits and photo reports.
- Maintaining a budget and negotiating with suppliers of visual materials.

**_Job Requirements _**
- Diploma/Degree in Visual Communications/Fashion Arts of equivalent.

**_Addition Job Requirements _**
- 5 years of relevant experience in VM/Fashion& Retails, preferably with 2 years in regional roles.
- Excellent/Familiar with Macintosh platforms and software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Power Point & working knowledge of MS Office.
- Good eye on retail space management and able to follow principal guidelines for merchandising.
- Must be creative and possesses an eye for details and deadlines.
- Strong aesthetic skills combined with good knowledge of the commercial requirements at stores.
- Able to work independently and while working as a team, able to multi-task, work fast and meet tight deadlines and resourceful with strong influence.
- Good team collaboration skills as a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills and able to work effectively and efficiently with internal and external team.
