**About Us**

Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore's inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.

The M&A Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic transactions including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, IPO, and investments. This role requires a strong understanding of financial modelling and regulatory frameworks in Singapore and the region. The M&A Manager will report to the CEO.

**Responsibilities**

1. Strategic Deal Origination
- Identify and assess potential M&A and partnership opportunities aligned with GLDB’s strategic roadmap.
- Build and maintain relationships with fintech companies, advisors, investors, and industry stakeholders.

2. Financial & Strategic Analysis
- Evaluate strategic fit, synergy potential, and risks of target companies.
- Perform comprehensive financial analyses, including but not limited to financial modelling, valuation assessments and scenario planning, to evaluate potential M&A targets and strategic opportunities.

3. Due Diligence & Execution
- Lead and coordinate due diligence across legal, financial, operational, and regulatory domains.
- Support deal structuring, negotiations, and documentation in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.

4. Integration Planning
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop integration strategies and monitor post-deal performance.

5. Market & Regulatory Intelligence
- Stay informed on MAS regulations, fintech trends, and regional market developments impacting M&A.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate development, or strategy consulting.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s financial regulatory environment and digital banking ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
