- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Engineer** specializing in **Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS)** with a strong background in Electrical and Electronics engineering and systems integration. This role involves working on mission-critical defence and security technologies aimed at detecting, identifying, tracking, and neutralizing UAS threats.

**Be Part of Our Success**
- Contribute to the design, development, and integration of electrical and electronic systems within the C-UAS architecture.
- Perform system-level integration and testing, ensuring interoperability of radar, RF sensors, optical systems, command & control, and effector components.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including software, mechanical, and RF engineers to ensure full system functionality.
- Support deployment and operational testing of C-UAS platforms, including field testing and troubleshooting.
- Document system designs, integration procedures, and test results in accordance with engineering standards.
- Be prepared to support critical operations and events, which may require working extended hours on short notice.

**Qualities We Value**
- Knowledge in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in systems integration, preferably in Defence, aerospace, or high-tech industries.
- Proficient in hardware integration and troubleshooting of sensors, RF systems, and embedded electronics.
- Experience in real-time system integration and field-testing environments.
- Familiar with system-level requirements analysis, interface definition, and verification processes.
- Knowledge or experience in machine learning, computer vision, or AI-based threat detection.
- Experience with RF propagation, radar systems, and signal processing techniques.
- Exposure to military or security-grade system development processes (MIL-STD, DO-160, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with prototyping, test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers, etc.), and data acquisition tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to work in high-pressure and dynamic environments.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Able and willing to support field trials, critical operations, and mission-driven deployments—including outside regular work hours, if necessary.
