Singapore MKV ENGINEERING AND TRADING SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

We are a locally founded M&E company established for more than a decade. This role is responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of employees in the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings/estate’s facilities and equipment. You will report to the M&E Engineer/ Manager.

**Responsibilities**
1. Lead and supervise the work of maintenance employees. Including preparation of weekly and monthly schedule. Keep timecards and other routine records
2. Coordinates, installs, inspects, repairs and maintains the electrical and mechanical and other related systems
3. Attend to site complaint/emergency, carry out mitigation actions and rectification works, and follow up with incident report
4. Follow up on the defects rectification with the Term/Sub Contractors
5. Monitor the term/A&A contractors and ensure that they carry out their contractual obligations in accordance to the Service Agreement/Contract
6. Monitor works issued as responsive repairs, ensuring that repairs completed are cost effective and in accordance with safety policies
7. Provide technical guidance on electrical installation and related issues to ensure quality of services and in compliance with relevant regulation
8. Verify the Term Contractors’ payment claim against the work done

**Skills Requirements**

1 Minimum 3 years of related experience in M&E or Building services
2 Competent skills in carrying out M&E repairs/troubleshooting
