**Position Summary**:
The Building and Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within our 7-storey building, ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse, office, storage facilities, air-conditioning systems, passenger and cargo lifts, parking areas, CCTV surveillance systems, and vehicle fleet management. This role is critical in maintaining safety standards, conducting fire safety checks, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the facility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Oversee Maintenance Operations**:Supervise daily maintenance tasks for all building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical systems, CCTV surveillance, and vehicle fleet.
- **Fire Safety Compliance**:Conduct regular fire safety checks, ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, and maintain fire safety equipment.
- **Cleaning and Upkeep**:Ensure the cleanliness and proper upkeep of all common areas, offices, warehouses, and storage spaces.
- **Team Leadership**:Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing training and guidance to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- **Vendor Management**:Coordinate with external service providers and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks, ensuring quality service delivery.
- **Budget Management**:Assist in developing and managing the maintenance budget, monitoring expenditures, and implementing cost-saving measures.
- **Emergency Response**:Develop and implement emergency procedures and maintenance protocols to address urgent repairs and safety issues.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs, providing regular reports to management.
- **Vehicle Fleet Management**:Oversee the maintenance and servicing of the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition and compliant with safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in maintenance, facilities management, or related fields preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations and procedures.
- Familiarity with building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, CCTV surveillance systems, and vehicle fleet management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members, vendors, and management.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, Fire Safety, etc.) preferred.
