**About the Role**:As a Client Relationship Associate, you’ll be the go-to contact for our clients, supporting them with their needs and ensuring they get the most value from our services. You’ll play a key role in client satisfaction by managing communications, addressing questions, and coordinating with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering positive relationships and supporting their needs.
- Coordinate client communications, follow up on inquiries, and ensure prompt responses to questions.
- Assist in tracking client accounts, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective client support.

- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple client relationships.
- Prior experience in customer service or client relations is a plus.
