Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Course Consultant. As a Course Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads and promoting our educational courses by going door-to-door. You will work independently, striving to reach a target of 40 to 50 potential client contacts per weekend.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct door-to-door visits to residential areas and engage with homeowners to generate leads for our educational courses.

2. Introduce our courses and their benefits, addressing any questions or concerns homeowners may have.

3. Collect contact information, including names and phone numbers, of potential clients who express interest in our courses.

4. Maintain accurate records of leads generated and relevant information for follow-up purposes.

5. Provide a positive and professional experience to potential clients, representing the company in a friendly and informative manner.

6. Promote trial classes to interested individuals and encourage them to participate.

7. Keep track of trial class attendees and record the number of leads that convert to trial class participants.

8. Support potential clients throughout the sign-up process, explaining the different program options and associated costs.

9. Collaborate with the company to determine specific areas and days for door-to-door visits.

Compensation:

- Basic compensation: $30 per weekend.
- Additional incentive structure for lead generation:

- First 10 leads: $2.00 per lead.
- After 10 leads: $2.50 per lead.
- For leads that convert to trial class attendees: $1.00 per lead.
- For leads that sign up for courses: Compensation ranges from $10 to $30, depending on whether it is for short-term or long-term programs.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively engage with homeowners and convey the benefits of our courses.
- Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Availability to work every weekend.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work independently.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 1-20 per week

**Salary**: $20.00 - $40.00 per day
