Position: Course Consultant

Location: On the streets (specific areas and days allotted by the company)

Team: Two-man team (to be hired)

Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Course Consultants. As a Course Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads and promoting our educational courses to potential students on the streets. You will work in a two-man team, collaborating to reach a target of 100 leads per week.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Promote and generate leads for our educational courses to parents of potential students on the streets.

2. Engage with individuals passing by, providing information about our courses, and encouraging them to sign up for trial classes.

3. Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor to attract and engage with parents of potential students effectively.

4. Keep track of leads generated and accurately record relevant information for follow-up purposes.

5. Provide a positive and informative experience to potential students, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

6. Collaborate with your team member to strategize and optimize lead generation efforts.

7. Meet or exceed weekly lead generation targets as set by the company.

8. Adhere to company guidelines and policies at all times.

Compensation:

- Basic compensation: $20 per person (per weekend).
- Additional incentive structure for lead generation:

- First 10 leads: $2.50 per lead.
- After 10 leads: $3.00 per lead.
- For leads that convert to trial class attendees: $1.00 per lead.
- For leads that sign up for courses: Compensation ranges from $10 to $30, depending on whether it is for short-term or long-term programs.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Availability to work every weekend.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 1-20 per week

**Salary**: $20.00 - $40.00 per day
