Showroom Sales & Client Experience Executive
Full-time | Onsite at LavaVella Showroom (Singapore)
About the role
We are looking for a Showroom Sales & Client Experience Executive to join LavaVella, a Singapore-based studio specialising in handcrafted brassware. This role combines sales, customer service, and showroom support. You will be the first point of contact for clients — both in person and online — and play an important role in converting enquiries into sales while ensuring excellent customer care.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist showroom visitors professionally
- Respond to WhatsApp and online enquiries quickly and convert them into sales
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and receipts when required
- Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships
- Update clients on order timelines and ensure smooth customer experience
- Maintain showroom presentation and displays
- Support with order tracking, stock-taking, and light operational tasks
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Prior experience in sales, showroom, retail, interiors, or customer service preferred
- Interest in design, interiors, or craft is a plus
