CGH envisions a patient-centric, data driven and technology-enabled healthcare facility to better empower patients and to drive a seamless experience for patients. You will support the HOD in the optimization of infrastructure capacity within CGH, as well as managing new initiatives or re-defining processes to enhance the existing and future patient journey and care delivery for patients at CGH Campus. You will also manage high impact transformational improvement projects that align with CGH’s and SingHealth’s strategic direction and priorities.

Your involvement in project planning will range from forecasting of infrastructure growth needs, identifying optimal site locations based upon the long-term Campus Masterplan, seeking approvals for infrastructure growth and associated funding, to working with relevant stakeholders on new initiatives and optimising cross-department flows (e.g. of patients, staff and logistics).

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage high impact transformational improvement projects that are aligned to CGH’s and SingHealth’s strategies and priorities through new ideas and strategies co-creating with stakeholders, not limited to the use of digital solutions, operational analytics and streamlining of work processes
- Collaborate with Facilities Development (FD) and Support Operations Departments to support the CGH campus masterplan that will guide infrastructure planning and capacity to meet future clinical/operational expansion needs in existing and future spaces within CGH campus. This will include but not be limited to the following:

- Review and update forecasted workload projections as and when required
- Work with stakeholders to conceptualise plans for future capacity under existing infrastructure while future proofing long-term needs for other projects
- Prioritise and rationalise allocation of space according to hospital needs
- Liaise with MOH to seek funding and approval for infrastructure projects as and when required
- Work with the Remodelling project team and FD to align user requirements with the Campus Master Plan and SingHealth cluster’s future healthcare direction, to design around new models of care and the future patient journey
- Provide in-depth support to projects selected by management, in line with the task set by management
- Ensure proper project documentation
- Any other duties assigned from time to time

**Job Requirements**

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any relevant discipline with minimum 6 years of working experience in healthcare industry
- Experience in project management of a major facility development, infrastructure/ healthcare planning or healthcare operations will be an added advantage
- Competent in project management, process re-engineering and use of improvement and statistical tools with strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or other relevant CAD programmes will be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good presentation skills and writing skills
- Strong Leadership skills and good team player - able to collaborate well across teams
- Independent and possess initiative to drive tasks and projects assigned to timely completion
- Must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccinations
