Leading a team to provide networks infrastructure design, implementation and day-2 operation support. Responsible to deliver network services and quality operation to customers including Telco, OTT and Enterprises

**Working at NTT**

Lead and manage a team of technical network engineer to plan, design, implement, operate network infrastructures and provide wide range of network service to customers with layer 1 to layer 3 technologies

Responsible for the Cable Landing Station (CLS) facilities and operation. Engage facilities vendors to maintain the CLS facilities in secure and good condition to house subsea cable systems

Install and operation subsea cable systems not limited to PFE, SLTE, backhaul DWDM and DCN, Liaison with local authority for cable repair with the coordination with cable NOC

Work closely with Global Product towers to plan, design, install Singapore Pop facilities for MPLS, Global leased line and Layer 2 networks infrastructure

Lead the team to provide and operate range of IP network products not limited to Enterprise Internet Services, Domestic network services, Multi-cloud connects, interDC etc

In operation management. Manage consistency of operation quality with appropriate skills and tools and processes. Review and improve the role, responsibilities, escalation and feedbacks mechanism regularly within the team. Implement and up-keeping the standard of Event, Incident, Problem, Change management, Improvement management good practices
