**Key Responsibilities**
- Attend to inquiries about catering sales received via phone or online channels in a prompt and effective manner.
- Build and maintain relationships and connections with clients.
- Undertake outreach to entice new corporate clients, employing strategies such as cold calling and sales visits.
- Collaborate and coordinate with clients in professional event planning, packaging, and menu selection.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the catering sector's emerging trends and developments.
- Participate in generating innovative concepts and proposals to elevate the standard of catering services offered to clients.
- Responsible for tracking the sales and profitability of the event and ensuring smooth operations of all catering functions.
