We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an **SVP - Regional GB Corporate Sales.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Establishing new business relationships and strengthening existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers
- Being a thought leader: Communicating new solutions, propositions and relevant market information to customers
- Proactively identifying sales opportunities and developing these opportunities over a period of time
- Devising plans and strategies to generate new business, as well as increasing revenue for existing ones to achieve asset growth, sales or revenue targets
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, which may include relationship mangers and product specialists, to maximise cross-selling opportunities for the bank
- Participating and leading events, initiatives and activities to develop business opportunities
- Developing and implementing distribution channel business development strategies
- Protecting the bank's reputation and ensuring an acceptable risk profile whilst deepening your understanding of the client through credit and customer due diligence reviews

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin fluently
- Passion and Sales acumen to originate new business opportunities from scratch
- Strong frontline experience in relationship management / sales role, including a track record of managing complex selling. Experience in complex solutioning or structuring experience a plus
- Good local/regional client network and transaction banking experience in a front office capacity
- Knowledge of the payments industry, including an appreciation of the Third-Party Payment Processer (TPPP) ecosystem
