
Customer Experience Executive

**Who we are looking for**:
Are you a flexible and passionate personnel with a positive attitude? If so, you might be a great fit for our company. We are a successful start-up and running the biggest indoor children playground in Singapore, with room for growth and we are looking for an Customer Experience Executive to support the playground day-to-day operations and assist in managing multiple communication platforms & channels.
**Your Roles**:
- Assist and handle day-to-day ticketing & admission enquiries
- Assist and handle event booking & enquiries
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and effective manner. Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Coordinate and liaise with execution team to align understanding and resolve issues that arise
- Take the extra mile to engage customer
- Identify and access customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Analyse the data from enquiries and prepare report & recommendation.
**About You**:
- Only Singaporeans may apply
- You have at least GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate
- You have at least 2 years’ experience in customer service or related field
- You are able to communicate fluently in both English & Mandarin
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point
- You are patient, observant and customer service oriented
- You are flexible to work on weekends and public holidays when necessary
- You are a team player, and always put customer’s and company's interest first
- You are a motivated individual who like to explore new thing and learn new skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
