
HR Admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support of Human Resource department
- Maintain and update employees’ records for new hires, terminations, leave records, training records, etc
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules and regulations
- Coordinate communication with applicants and schedule interviews
- Preparation of HR-related documentation
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding matters
- Other ad-hoc duties and admin jobs assigned by management from time to time
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Admin Assistant, or relevant Human Resource/Administrative position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Basic knowledge of MOM Labor Laws
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Minimum N/O Level or Diploma qualifications
- Knowledge of Infotech system will be an advantage
