The Key Account Management Associate is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong rapport and account retention with key accounts closed by the sales team. The demographic of the accounts are shippers in the top tier in terms of volume of parcels and account size. He/She will be the primary contact for assigned clients and liaise with them to ensure consistent and optimal service delivery and client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Account Management and Growth**:

- Onboard and train new clients to use Ninja’s platforms and resources for smooth onboarding of services
- Build and maintain positive working relationships and strong rapport with assigned accounts for high account retention and client satisfaction
- Ensure escalations and issues are handled in a timely manner with appropriate solutions provided to provide a positive customer experience
- Upsell and cross-sell services available to clients to increase and grow dependency of accounts
- Perform recontract and/or tender management activities of existing clients
- Build regular data and performance reports to provide and present relevant data and statistics to clients to address current and projected customer needs
- Assist business development sales team with business development plans, identifying new opportunities and researching new leads
- Assist sales team to establish relationships with clients during sales discussions and negotiations

Stakeholder Management**:

- Work closely with internal departments and stakeholder to identify and resolve any operational issues
- Assist the finance team to settle outstanding billing discrepancies and issues

**Requirements**:

- 0 - 2 years experience in a account management/client-facing role / 3 -5 years for senior position
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate good presentation and negotiation skills
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
