**Senior Human Resources (HR) professional - Cyber Security organisation**

A specialised Cyber Security firm is heavily investing in its people and expanding their operations across the South-East Asia (SEA) region, and they are currently seeking for a **Senior Human Resources (HR) Executive **to play an important role in running the HR Operations for it’s expanding regional operations.

**The Opportunity**:
This is unique opportunity to be a part of a growing business where your role will help shape the direction of the HR operations for the business.

You will play a pivotal role in managing the HR operations and your expertise and dedication will contribute to the efficient functioning of the HR department and support the growth of the organisation across the region.

The role is based in Singapore.

**What we look for**:

- You have gained experience as an HR specialist for approximately 5+ years and can demonstrate an all-round ability across HR functions.
- You have knowledge and experience in talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, payroll, talent development & training, employee relations, Salary Benchmarking, Compliance & Record Keeping, familiar with HRIS systems and other important aspects of being a HR professional
- You can demonstrate the ability to provide advice on HR policies and procedures to align with the growing business
- You have great interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees and future employees.
- To have the capability to support business strategies through close working with the management where you will advise towards business improvements You are dynamic, out the box thinking, analytical and a solution provider with the ability to enact change towards establishing a positive working environment for everyone.
