**Job Summary**:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for managing client interactions and driving sales for our LED lighting and smart products. This role is essential in cultivating strong client relationships, articulating the company’s value proposition, and contributing to revenue growth through strategic initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Marketing Management**:

- Handle all aspects of sales and marketing for LED lighting, smart products (such as power track sockets), and related products.
- **Business Development**:

- Focus on developing new customers and securing new projects. Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners to enhance product visibility and reach.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Establish and maintain good rapport with clients through active follow-up, regular sales visits, and timely updates on project status. Build and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- **Sales Strategy Development**:

- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify key areas, trends, and customer segments. Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, sales performance, and market conditions to senior management.
- **Collaboration**:
Collaborate with marketing teams to position products effectively and drive marketing campaigns. Work closely with the operations team for retail and bulk order fulfilment and delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements**.**
- **Customer Support & Problem Solving**:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and problems after product sales. Collaborate with the customer support team to maintain high post-sales service standards, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Provide regular sales reports, analyze data, and make informed decisions to optimize strategies. Adjust action plans as needed to stay on track toward achieving sales targets.
- **Creativity in Design Support**:
**Requirements**:
**Educational Background**:

- Diploma or Degree in Electronic Engineering, Science, Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level passes or equivalent.

**Experience**:

- Preferably 3 to 5 years of sales experience, particularly in the construction materials, LED lighting, or electronics industries.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to make cold calls is essential.
- Positive and friendly disposition with a professional attitude.
- Ability to read, write and converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

**Networking**:

- Good contacts with distributors, developers, architects, and interior designers are preferred.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
