**Title**:Senior Portfolio Marketing Manager, Asia (Medical Device Consumables)

**Location**:Singapore

**About the Role**:
Our client is a global MNC in the medical device sector. They are looking to hire a Senior Portfolio Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategies and accelerate adoption of cutting-edge interoperative surgical robotics portfolio within the Asia region.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will lead go-to-market planning, conduct market research and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the region, ensuring maximum market penetration and revenue growth.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to drive product readiness, launch, adoption, utilization and customer satisfaction across the region.
- You will understand the customers’ needs and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and customization to meet the customer requirements across the region.
- You cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the industry, leveraging their influence to drive product adoption and market expansion.
- In addition, you will drive analysis on market insights, including customer feedback, market research, and competitor analysis, to improve product development and marketing strategies accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally, you have 10-12 years’ of well-rounded experience in Medical Devices / Medical Equipment, particularly in **mínimally invasive surgical environments such as abdominal, thoracic, laparoscopic and gastrointestinal surgeries, and have experience marketing specialized tools such as surgical staplers or vessel sealers or related endo-mechanical instruments**, demonstrating a successful track record in driving product marketing strategies and achieving business objectives.
- Proven experience in regional roles within Asia for at least 5 years, with a deep understanding of the regional market dynamics and customer preferences.You possess strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to identify market trends and translate insights into actionable marketing plans. You are also highly collaborative and results-oriented, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
