Job Description

You will be assisting the Workspace Lease Management team on their daily operations.

Responsibilities- Assist the manager with arrears and credit control- Liaise with tenants, asset managers, relationship managers, and finance departments regarding rental payments, monitor progress, send reminders, and conduct legal searches- Manage arrears by strategising settlement agreements, creating payment schedules, collating legal documents, and assessing tenants' financial standings etc. to develop solutions for rental arrears reduction- Support the manager in liaising with lawyers and internal legal advisors on litigation and executing site legal actions- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business, Finance, Estate Management, or any related disciplines- A team player- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines- A basic understanding of leasing would be advantageous
