**Main Responsibilities**:
**Leasing Support**:

- Conduct cold calls and outreach to prospective tenants to establish initial contact.
- Perform due diligence and background checks on potential tenants.
- Assist in the preparation and completion of marketing materials and lease documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing team as required.

**Lease Administration & Management**:

- Draft approval papers for confirmed offers and lease variations, ensuring accuracy in lease details for owner approvals.
- Prepare and process offer letters, lease agreements, variation letters, and other leasing documentation.
- Coordinate with internal and external legal counsel on lease amendments and contractual variations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to follow up on and resolve lease-related issues.
- Communicate with tenants on lease matters and help maintain positive tenant relationships.
- Assist in reviewing and enhancing lease management procedures and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Real Estate, with a strong academic foundation in property-related studies.
- Passionate about the real estate and retail industries, with a keen interest in market trends and development.
- Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate effectively within a team and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Capable of working independently on ad-hoc assignments while maintaining a strong sense of teamwork.
