**Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide HR support in areas of Recruitment, HR Operations, Performance Management, Payroll.
- Work with local Academic Institution on interns' placements and job fairs
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Ensure safekeeping and providing proper filing of all HR documents
- Assist in HR administration (eg. certification of employment, confirmation letter, birthday vouchers, uniform stock take etc)
- Manage Casuals Attendance and Perm staff Overtime
- Any other ad-hoc as assigned by supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
- Preferably 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience in recruitment for F&B industry would be advantageous
- Familiar with Employment Act and labour practices
- Independent and meticulous
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills to manage various stakeholders
