Position Summary

The HRIS & Analytics specialist will be responsible for maintaining data compliance and integrity in Workday, and managing People-related reporting and analytics.

Role and Responsibilities

Data Management
- Oversees and maintains all system-related People processes in Workday
- Ensures data integrity by working with cross functional teams and Shared Services Centre (SSC) to establish, maintain and improve on processes for data governance in the region
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations, such as PDPA and other applicable data protection laws.
- Work with SSC on system and process improvements in Workday

Reporting & Analytics
- Update HR reports (headcount breakdown, turnover, tenure etc) and organization charts
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of people metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor and analyse key HR trends, patterns, and insights
- Design and deliver ad hoc and regular reports, presentations, and data visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with HRBPs and other stakeholders to identify and define key metrics and performance indicators aligned with strategic HR objectives

HR Operations
- Issuance of letters to employees where required
- Maintenance of personal files for all employees (physical & Workday)
- Serve as the back-up point-of-contact for employees to ensure smooth HR operations

Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field with preferably 1 to 3 years of work experience
- Must have: Strong proficiency on Excel (Knowledge of Macro is a plus) with experience in HRIS like Workday
- Good to have: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau/ Power BI
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to details
