Tampines, Singapore Sanitech marketing pte ltd Full time

To process Purchase Order (PO), prepare Delivery Order (DO), Invoice, Quotation, etc.

To handle and attend to all sales enquiries and liaise closely with sales team on all customer’s delivery to ensure deliveries are in order

To help warehouse to pack goods for delivery and check through goods tally with DO.

To handle customer complaints/feedback/orders in Sales & Marketing/Technical Department.

To control outstanding debts and closely follow up on collection.

To handle full spectrum of office administration functions

Any other ad hoc duties as and when required by the company

Minimum 1year experience and know how to use basic accounting software like Myob, autocount or millions

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,400.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Attendance bonus
- Performance bonus

COVID-19 considerations:
Office is restricted to staff only, customer self collect at self collect location. To wear mask during work for protection.

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Desktop administration: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative affairs: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
