Singapore RHT PROFESSIONAL ACADEMY PTE. LTD. Full time

**Who we are looking for**:

- At least 2 years of experience in organizing and managing conferences, forums, summits, and webinars
- Ability to work and think independently of a team
- Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Ability to manage a project with input from a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Highly competent in research via the internet and interviews with sector experts
- Ability to write strong marketing and promotional copy for events and conferences
- Strong organizational, record keeping, and time management systems

**What your day-to-day will look like**
- Writing conference programs
- Responsible for event planning and on the day event coordination (face to face/ online/ hybrid) and management of RHT events
- Point of contact or liaison for speakers, trainers and other relevant event partners
- Liaising with relevant teams and business units within ONERHT and working collaboratively regarding both marketing for the events and event delivery
- Developing event promotional materials including website copy, eDMs, brochures, including (but not limited to):

- Understanding database limitations and identifying strategies to overcome this

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**:

- At least 2 years of Events Management hands-on experience
- Understanding of the customer decision making processes for B2B sales cycles and different Marketing touchpoints (PR, Media, Digital, Communications, Social, etc.)
