**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the lead point of contact for all workshop management matters after the sales contract is closed by the sales manager.
- Develop trusted relationships with client accounts and key stakeholders, adjunct trainers, and venue partners.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our workshops / training programs according to client’s needs and objectives.
- Develop new business opportunities with existing client accounts and/or identify areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare post-training delivery reports to assess results and feedback after each workshop / training program is completed.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree holder
- Demonstrate ability to communicate and coordinate between different stakeholders (client accounts, trainers, external vendors, internal colleagues)
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at the same time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail (good organization and time management skills)
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Working experience as an Account executive, Sales Account execuitv, Junior Account Manager [Preferred to have, but not mandatory]
