Revenue Marketing Team lead
**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to strengthen ABB’s position as a leading supplier of electric, automation and digital solutions to the Marine and Ports industry. You will be part of the extended regional management team that implements assigned marketing communications activities through all available communications tools according to group guidelines, directives, and messages, within the approved budget. You will also showcase your expertise by generating leads via advertising, sponsorship, and other promotional activities, using the internet as a hub for integrated marketing communications. The work model for the role is: Hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation Marine and Ports Division of ABB, across AMEA Region. You will be mainly accountable for: - Developing and implementing marketing and communications plans and budget for region. - Cooperate closely with sales, service, division and country/regional communication to identify and implement marketing and communication activities. - Driving the use of digital marketing in cooperation with Awareness Team and the implementation and usage of Marketing Automation in close collaboration with sales. Support the sales and service management to optimize the use of Salesforce in the region - Managing regional media relations in cooperation with global communication manager - Creating and/or localizing global content and campaigns to reflect local needs, according to ABB brand guidelines such as marketing material, videos, and web pages, etc. - Managing and supporting sales with regional conferences and customer events according to marketing communications plans. - Measuring the effectiveness of marketing and communication initiatives in the region, setting KPI’s, establishing benchmarks, and monitor progress for continuous improvement - Supporting Management Team with Internal Communications for Marine & Ports across the region.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- You have between 5 to 10 years of experience in developing and implementing marketing communications plans and budget.
- Ability to demonstrate managing multiple projects, a self-starter and proactive.
- Experience in LinkedIn, Salesforce, and Pardot is an advantage
- Knowledge and understanding of marine industry are considered a plus, but not mandatory
- Possess strong networking and influencing skills and an outstanding communicator both written and verbal.
- You are passionate about driving digital marketing and optimizing marketing automation tools
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or another relevant discipline
- Ability to travel as and when required.
- You have work rights in Singapore.
