Nurse Manager will lead a team of nurses in providing quality care to patients at the polyclinic. Your role involves:
- Participate in the development and implementation of a person-centred care delivery model.
- Implement strategies for care integration and promote best practices in primary care nursing.
- Identify training and development needs of nursing staff according to their potentials.
- Lead and support the development of clinical service needs in alignment with the organization’s strategic directions.
- Lead polyclinic or teams to achieve established objectives efficiently with clinic management team and provide clinical leadership.
- Manage nursing manpower (e.g. perform recruitment, development & appraisal and promote staff wellbeing) together with nursing management team.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor Degree in Nursing
- Advanced Diploma / Specialist Diploma / Post Basic qualification in a relevant nursing specialty is preferred
- A relevant Masters’ degree will be an advantage

**Experience**:

- 8 years of nursing experience with minimum 2 years in supervisory role
