**Procurement (Primary)**:
- Source suppliers, negotiate pricing, and place orders for goods and services.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost-efficiency.
- Track procurement budgets, analyze pricing trends, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Keep accurate records of orders, contracts, and invoices.
**HR Support (Secondary)**:
- Assist with posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Answer basic employee questions about HR policies and procedures.
- Support team event coordination, training sessions, and occasional payroll tracking.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices is beneficial.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
