You will be part of a team that handles the sale of land/sea/alternate spaces and lease/tenancy management of such spaces for purpose of food production to achieve SFA’s 30 by 30 production targets.
- Preparation of tender and legal documents as well as administration of sale / leasing and award of sites.
- Carry out the administrative works for marketing and tender administration, including press release for land sales, publicity and advertisements.
- Conduct sites show, site briefings and handing over of sites.
- Administer procurement and revenue contracts.
- Administer and coordinate the tender evaluation process.
- Prepare and process payments / vouchers / invoices.
- Attend to all enquiries from the public and internal departments.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare reports.
- Build rapport and manage lessees / tenants / licensees to ensure compliance with lease / tenancy agreement / temporary occupation licence conditions.
- Resolve relevant feedback or enquiries from public, including conducting site visits to farms, when necessary.
- Assist in data management for the team, with aim of automating processes.

Job Requirements
- A recognized polytechnic diploma, preferably in Real Estate / Business / Sciences / Engineering or other related disciplines.
- 1-3 years of work experience in real estate, tender / lease / tenancy administration, project and contract management.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- IT knowledge and skills, with familiarity in engineering software such as AutoCAD would be preferred.
- Good understanding of contractual law and legal documents would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of government land tender and evaluation process would be an advantage.
- An independent team player, who is able to multitask and with a positive work attitude.
- Meticulous with attention to details, and good in numeracy skills.
- Has initiative and able to work in a fast paced environment.
